How we work

In order to represent your company at the most professional level we like to find out as much as we can about you, your business goals and brand values and from that develop a brief for the telemarketing campaign.  We will provide you with a campaign proposal outlining all the costs involved and include references from existing clients.

On acceptance of the campaign proposal we work with you to develop a conversation that we have on your behalf with your existing or potential clients.  We don’t read from scripts as this sounds staged and unnatural, hence the requirement for telemarketers who are intelligent, confident and business savvy.

During the campaign we will provide you with regular progress reports and weekly or monthly campaign statistics.  These detail the number of calls made, decision maker contacts, leads or appointments obtained and the calling time used.

We are confident of our ability to provide a successful and professional telemarketing service and we retain our clients over a long term for repeat business.  We do not require a long term commitment/contract and only request that you confirm the number of hours or budget for telemarketing for the month ahead.
